EPs and singles. That’s how bands sell songs nowadays. And after a bunch of those, Wilderado was ready for an album.
Only one problem: Every single song sounds like a single. Actually, that’s not really a problem. In fact, it’s an asset. It means this is an album you can put on in the car and never need to skip a track. It means you can cook to it. Dance to it. Have fun with it.
And Lord knows fun is in short supply this year.
It’s great (great!) accessible indie pop-and-rock. Yeah, something other than country out of Tulsa!
