I’m definitely a fan of lo-fi, DIY garage rock, and while the latest Bosco Rogers LP is on Bleepmachine Records (a small label, but a label nonetheless), it has the genuine feel of a bandcamp record. I mean that in the best way possible. Hailing from Brighton, England, it’s a borderline psychedelic album full of hooks and catchy choruses, with grit and unsanded edges, and lyrics that feel free and fun and full of the best things music can do for us.
Check it out.
