Yes, this was my big tragedy as well. Just finished my seventh surgery this year, and it looks like (!) it may actually have worked this time. Doctor says recurrence window is up to a year, but for now things look good and I can return to work as tolerated.
I’ll be going to the Mayo Clinic in December, if anyone has any advice on doing that I’d love to hear it.
