1985 was the year of a zombie renaissance: We got yesterday’s entry, and then this great one, which is actually more of a Frankenstein film than a traditional zombie flick. The gore is over the top and ridiculous, the budget nonexistent, and the laughs are a mile-a-minute. If you have a strong stomach. And no, this didn’t influence The Walking Dead comic book at all. But I couldn’t miss a chance to feature this film (again) on my site . . .
