The founder of Wu-Tang Clan comes back with an EP about, what else, Kung Fu. Lots of familiar ground here-clips from B-movies, grimey sounds, and autobiographical lyrics about being Bobby Digital.
Wu-Tang, obviously, was one of the most important components to the evolution of hip hop. Without them, there would probably never be the likes of Griselda. It’s been a long time since I heard something from a former Clanner that stuck close to the old ways-making it almost refreshing to hear this blast-from-the-past.
