Midland. They make smooth country–the kind that puts you in a pensive mood, and lets you get lost in thought. And if that sounds like background music, then, yeah, ok. That shoe fits. But the songs on their new EP, The Last Resort, are also good for slow dancing and just chilling on the porch with someone close.
It’s a romantic EP. It’s pop country. It gets a recommendation from me.
