Brooklyn/Massachusetts-based trio Mobius Band is not unfamiliar with the EP format. They self-produced four separate EP’s before their first LP, “The Loving Sounds of Static,” was released in 2005. Now, on the heels of the bands sophomore LP “Heaven” (“simply great pop” says Esquire) comes a new twist on an old theme – a free covers EP of love songs recorded in Massachusetts, and just in time for you and your sweetie (or perhaps your ex) to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
