Everybody knows DJ Muggs of Cypress Hill. He’s a legend. And I knew about relative newcomer Rome Streetz before this…But I did NOT expect to like it this much. This is a FANTASTIC record!
Streetz does street raps (no surprise there) but he’s got a remarkable vocabulary–his rhyme schemes and wordplay are crisp and completely his own. Not a single verse is wasted, and not a single bar is predictable. Check this out from “Manuscript:”
