THE MAN FROM WACO by CHARLEY CROCKETT

Here’s a guy who falls squarely and neatly in the country singer/songwriter genre, but still sounds like he was something special to say. Genre artists often seem limited, especially in today’s music world’s constant boundry-breaking and short attention spans.

Emphasizing style and eschewing flash, Crockett’s album would be at home in the ’70s but is certainly welcome today.

Loving this!
