A show this hip had to bring the funk early and raw. And it did. Me and my friends used to act out the opening sequence together, and we’d always fight over who got to be Link. I’ve often wondered if Link Hogthrob (from The Muppet Show’s “Pigs in Space” soap opera) was named after him.
