Because in the 1980s and 1990s, when corporate music was all you could find, a person like Max Sollisch would disappear completely–due to his inability to be the same as everyone else.
So let us be grateful.
Dolfish, Sollisch’s nom-de-music, is about as unique a voice as you’ll ever find. (That’s right, she’s a he….I can’t believe this is a guy.)
