SPIDER-MAN: DOCTOR OCTOPUS: NEGATIVE EXPOSURE #1-5 (2003-2004)
Doctor Octopus coerces a Daily Bugle photographer to try to get closer to Peter Parker, and figure out how he keeps getting pictures of Spider-Man. In exchange, Octopus agrees to give the reporter access to him for a book.
Ock is ultimately able to manipulate the reporter into helping him get his arms back by sleeping with a prison guard.
The Doc gets his arms, and we get a closing battle of Spider-Man vs. Doctor Octopus.
Really good series.
