MODERN PRESSURE by DANIEL ROMANO

Just plain and simple, well-written pop songs. No gimmicks. All meat, no filler.

Romano’s songs will feel at once familiar and unusual. His voice is certainly not classic, but it sounds like someone you’ve heard before but just can’t place it. That’s exactly what good pop music is supposed to do: Make you feel at home, and keep your ears busy.

I’m sure it’s a bit of a Rorschach, but for me, I heard Bob Dylan, Lee Hazelwood, and some of the giants of the psychedelic ’60s.
