Acts of Vengeance featured not one, not two, but three separate references to D.C. Comics…
Two Batman references and then, at the end of Damage Control #4….
DC. Damage Control. Neat, eh?
The DD crossover was another high point of Acts of Vengeance. Titled “100 Heads of Ultron,” it was an eerie tale of a damaged robot trying to find a “perfect” human mate.
This high point is another reason why Acts is actually a very good event–despite the fact that about a third of the tie-ins kinda sucked. Oh, and notwithstanding that Spider-Man had the powers of Captain Universe during it.
