It’s an interesting idea, but I think enough people blow red lights, or jump the gun on lights as it is – wouldn’t this encourage them? Besides local governments seem to be more in love with red light camera’s (which I despise, in spite of my dislike for people who run lights).
Its a great idea, but one of the reasons we use 3 separate lights is for colour blind people. Someone who can’t see certain colours won’t be able to differentiate between the different stages of the light.
