
Okay, so this is my out-of-left-field blogger choice. The “Pushing Daisies” television show, short lived as it was, was about a man who had the power to animate dead for brief periods. The reason I’m including it here is because his love interest is clearly a zombie (although not the brain-eating, brain-dead, brain-rotting type), and because it was so charming. Yeah, it bordered on insipid at times, but the other films on this list I figured maybe you could use a break. Go check out the pilot ep. You’ll believe that zombie stories can be romantic.
